Naturopathic Consult

When you come in for a naturopathic consult with Tessa at Vitality Health & Wellness, you can expect to have your story heard.  We will take the time to understand your health history, and develop an appropriate treatment plan to address your needs.

 

​During your first appointment we will discuss what has brought you to consult with a naturopath.  We will determine what your medical history is, and what past treatments you have tried. We will ask you detailed questions about your health. And most of all we will get to know you so that we can individualize your treatment for your needs.



We may conduct a few physical examinations or tests to learn a bit more about what is underlying your condition.  

 

Then a treatment plan will be discussed with achievable goals involving dietary changes, lifestyle coaching and herbal and nutritional supplements for you to take. 



Following that we will have regular visits to ensure that you are on the right track and getting the benefits that you deserve.
