 I am deeply passionate about natural health.  ​I've been involved in natural health for over 17 years professionally.  I have developed my knowledge not only through my extensive training, but also through years of experience with my own health challenges and that of my family.  This experience has led me to become a compassionate and empathetic practitioner.  In addition, my formal training has taught me to be an effective problem solver, skilled at finding the root cause of disease.  Coupled with keen intuition, I work to find the driving factors causing your health to tip out of balance.

 

I studied as a pre-medical student at university in the States from 1988.  I diversified my degree studies by adding pyschology, and botany courses.  My training later continued at The Idaho Institute of Holistic Studies where I became certified in massage and holistic nutrition.  I also achieved certification as a Reiki Master in 2000. In 2008 I commenced Naturopathic and Herbal Medicine Studies at South Pacific College of Natural Medicine, graduating with Honours.  I also achieved a Bachelor of Health Science in Complemetary Medicine through Charles Sturt University while at South Pacific College.  

 

I am comitted to helping you find balance in your health.  I recognize that every individual has distinct needs, and responds to different methods of healing.  For this reason I use a variety of modalities to help you address your health; body mind and spirit.  Invest in your health, its the most precious asset you have!
